A Russian company is involved.
Belaruskali OJSC is trying to circumvent sanctions with the help of the Russian company PhosAgro, according to the Belarusian Workers’ Union Telegram channel.
“According to the information received, trains with cars from the PhosAgro company arrived at the territory of Belaruskali OJSC.
Thus, Belaruskali OJSC, which fell under sanctions and lost all logistics routes, expects to return to the global fertilizer market,” the Telegram channel writes.
The PhosAgro company is one of the world's largest producers of mineral fertilizers. It evaded sanctions by replacing its CEO Andrey Guryev Jr. with Mikhail Rybnikov.
It is possible that the territories of Ukraine occupied by the Russian army will be used for the transit of potash products.
