Was Lukashenka Conscious When 'Congratulating' Country On 'State Symbols Day'?

The congratulations appeared on the dictator's website, but Prime Minister Halouchenka delivered the speech.

Aliaksandr Lukashenka unconsciously congratulated the country on the “State Flag, State Coat of Arms and National Anthem Day”, which is celebrated on May 14.

The text of congratulations is posted on the official website of Lukashenka.

It was important for Lukashenka to attend this ceremony because he has yet to appear in public space for the fifth day. Prime Minister Raman Halouchenka spoke there and read Lukashenka’s message.

Nothing is known about the health condition of the Belarusian dictator or even about the place where he is now. Lukashenka has not appeared in public since the celebrations on May 9 in Moscow and Minsk. No events with his personal participation have been held. At the same time, Lukashenka's press service and officials are silent.

It is only known that last night, on May 13, a cortege, accompanied by Strela traffic police, arrived at the Republican Clinical Healthcare Center subordinated to Lukashenka’s administration. The entrances to the hospital were blocked, and security forces were along the roads leading to it.
