Series Of Powerful Explosions Takes Place In Crimea, Tuapse

Russians got worried because of the drone attack.

Russia has complained of a night attack on targets near the coast of occupied Crimea and in Tuapse district of Krasnodar region. It is claimed that the air defence allegedly "shot down two drones".

Authorities in Tuapse district said that at around 4:30 the air defence system allegedly "worked off" against an unidentified drone.

"There are no damages and violations of infrastructure, buildings and structures on the shore. There are no casualties. There were no complaints from the population," the administration said in a statement.

Local residents note on social networks that several loud explosions were heard over the city from the sea at night.

The Russian Defence Ministry also made a corresponding statement in the morning of September 22.

"Two Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicles have been destroyed by air defence systems on duty over the waters of the Black Sea near the southeastern coast of the Crimean peninsula and in Tuapse district of Krasnodar region," the statement reads.
