Britain To Train Another 30 Thousand Ukrainian Fighters

The UK plans to train another 30 thousand Ukrainian fighters by the end of the year. This was stated by British Defense Minister Grant Shapps in an interview with Sky News.

“Our goal is to train 30 thousand Ukrainian military personnel. So I don't think British resolve will waver. Britain has stood shoulder to shoulder with Ukraine and we will continue to do so,” Shapps said.

The UK Defence Minister added that his country is to reinforce the support of Ukraine.

“I’ve just pledged to deliver tens of thousands more artillery shells to Ukraine and set out our priorities for further military support. We will provide a huge amount of additional support and equipment before the end of this year,” the Minister added.
