Three people are registered in the house, including two minor children. However, the auction did not happen — there were no buyers for this property.
This is the second attempt to sell the Tsapkalas property. The last time this property was to be sold was on November 20, 2024, the auction was to start at 2,104,000 rubles. For the second auction, the starting price was reduced to 1,683,200 rubles.
Earlier, Veranika Tsapkala warned potential buyers about responsibility.
“You and your family must clearly understand that upon returning to Belarus, we will come to you, along with ordinary Belarusians, the press, all those who do not approve of the buyers of stolen goods, and you will be obliged to move out of our apartment and pay rent for the entire period of residence,” she said.
