Designer Involved in 'Stalin Line' Reconstruction Charged With Violations During 'Elections'

The exact reason for drawing up the protocol remains unclear.
A designer from Minsk, Natallia Zakharava-Pranhishvili, will be tried under an administrative article for violating the 'elections', the Telegram channel "Vitebsk, I'm walking!" reports.
As human rights activists learned, on January 28, the woman was summoned to the court of the Leninski District of Minsk under article 10.9 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (Violation of the legislation on elections, referendum, implementation of the right of legislative initiative of citizens). It is unknown what exactly was the reason for drawing up the protocol.
Natallia Zakharava-Pranhishvili creates and refines exhibits for museums, helps create expositions for exhibitions. She runs a workshop and consults on women's uniforms from the First and Second World Wars, uniforms, costumes for the theater, cinema and circus. The woman took part in the reconstruction of the Stalin Line.
